Bloody hell. Yuvraj just got run out as I was starting to blog about this game. And now Dhoni is out...to a straighter one. Agarkar just walked out.
My goodness. India is on its way out of the WC. This is fucking unbelievable. A WC without India or Pakistan....
It was totally Yuvraj's call. Dravid should have run. Dhoni was plum. Sehwag got out to a freaking good delivery. India have been outplayed thus far. I didn't see how Ganguly, Uthappa and Sachin got out...
I'll watch the replays...

Dude,
the BCCI and the PCB will now schedule a series - to take the spotlight off the World Cup. India will win 2, Pakistan will win two, the World Cup will be a sideshow, the Boards will make a ton of money, and the fans will have something to cheer about.
All will be happy :)

My take on the team:
1. Sehwag - should not have been in the team to WC in the first place.
Dravid's obsession with Sehway cost India the WC.
(never mind Bermuda, he did precious little against BL)
Rating: 5/10
2. Ganguly - did not come back to the team on account of any domestic cricket, but proved his determination/ yet no agression or fire power as before. Happy to hang in and be counted.
Advice: Look at videos of AB, Greame Smith (they lost the match not the hearts)
He is not getting any younger as well. Should pave way for a new opener.
Rating: 4/10
3. Uthappa - Should go back to under 23 (if there is a squad like that). It is one thing to hammer Zonals teams and another to play on foreign soil
Should develop his Wk skills to be counted.
Rating: 3/10
4. Tendulkar - Please take a cue from Inzi bhai! just retire.
Can continue to play Test cricket
Ironically, Sachin's last WC matches have both been a Duck (2003 finals and SL 2007)

5. Dravid - a poor leader. We need him in ODI but at no.3. He performed better when he kept wickets!
Rating: 3/10
6. Yuviraj - guessed he missed his pal in Kaif. The spirit to fighting when old heads are falling around, can be difficult for anyone, even if you are Yuviraj Singh.
Rating: 6/10
7. Dhoni - well ... his scores can tell more about him 0, 0 ..
Can play Test cricket though.

8. Kartick - did you play him to be counted?
The Bowlers:
1. Zaheer & Munaf - bowled as they could. learn from SAF - even in 370 odd, count the number of the extras they gave.
Ofcourse, they cannot bat or field (even like a 37 McGrath) but they are the best available to us. Groom them

2. Agarkar - sometimes I wonder, if he too wonders why is he in the team?
Cant bat, cant bowl. Oh yes, then i must be an all-rounder.
A Robin Singh could have done better!

3. Harbhajan - even since he was picked, I guess he was the green horn. Not in his best of times, should have not been picked.
We don’t expect him to score a 50, but when you leak away 50 runs, please pick up a few wickets, will you?

5. Sreesanth - hope you enjoyed the beaches. please write an article on the beaches of CArribean and Kerala.
6. Pathan - could have score more runs than Tendulkar!
